The Society for the Promotion of Wastelands Development (SPWD) supported an Indian journalist’s travel to Mexico to learn about community forestry. During his trip he spoke to several government and civil society representatives and participated in the 2014 Next Generation of Forest Agency Leaders seminar. His research findings were published as a cover story in the Down to Earth Journal and disseminated during a workshop in New Delhi (January 2014).
